We are seeking a hands-on Oracle Fusion Technical Lead/Architect to own the technical design, health, and evolution of Oracle Fusion ERP as our enterprise platform. This role is accountable for platform architecture, extensibility, optimization, automation, integrations, reporting enablement, AI adoption, while actively identifying and remediating technical debt.
This is a builder-owner role where you will assess, design, implement, and continuously improve the platform while ensuring scalability, upgrade safety, and audit compliance. You will assess the current Fusion landscape, call out design flaws and underutilized capabilities, define improvement roadmaps, and personally implement and lead technical improvements.
This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product managers, integration engineers, BI analysts to translate business needs into robust Oracle Fusion technical architectures/designs while ensuring platform best practices, performance, security, and compliance.
Primary responsibilities
Own end-to-end Oracle Fusion technical architecture across all the modules implemented incl but not limited to Finance, SCM, and Procurement
Define and enforce design standards, guardrails, and best practices
Assess platform health, identify technical debt, and drive remediation plans
Design and implement extensions, workflows, security models, and master data governance
Eliminate fragile or unsupported customizations.
Lead quarterly Fusion upgrades, impact analysis, and regression readiness
Embed native Oracle AI capabilities and design custom AI agents integrated with Fusion and OCI services.
Enable measurable efficiency gains through intelligent workflows and automation.
Lead integration design and data mapping for integrations in and out of Oracle Fusion using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and business events.
Close reporting gaps and enable advanced analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion data models
Lead quarterly upgrade impact assessments and regression governance.
Architect and execute Net Suite-to-Fusion migration and phased consolidation strategies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
8-12+ years of Oracle ERP experience with 4+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise.
Deep expertise in Fusion architecture, extensions, workflows, security model, integrations, and reporting
Proven experience in implementing workflows and logic using BPM, Application Composer (Groovy), Flexfields, and Redwood UI.
Experience building extensions with APEX and/or Visual Builder backed by Autonomous Database.
Strong experience with OIC, APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.
Strong understanding of Fusion data structures for analytics and downstream reporting
Proven ability to identify and remediate technical debt in enterprise ERP environments.
Demonstrated ability to enable AI-driven workflows within enterprise platforms.
Experience operating in SOX-regulated or controlled environments.

Compensation & Total Rewards
This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the base pay we reasonably expect to offer at the time of hire. Final compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
