Job Description:
Several positions are now open in Airbus CRISA (Airbus Defense & Space) in Tres Cantos (Madrid area) for different Space business: Launchers (Ariane6, Vega-C and Vega-E), Earth Exploration (Copernicus missions and PAZ-2), Space Exploration (Artemis), and Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites). This is an external temp opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic Technical Team focused on:

In accordance with the proven Candidate skills, she/he will be part of Operation team supported by the relevant Team Leader.

In accordance with the proven Candidate skills, she/he will be part of Engineering or Operation team supported by the relevant Team Leader.
The main role accountabilities will be the following:

Procedures and process optimization and verification.
-
Support industrial means start up and implementation.
-
Support and troubleshooting in the shop floor.
-
Challenge and improve manufacturing methods and process and implement best practices according to Quality, Cost and Time.
-
Member of multifunctional team for PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA , KCs.
-
Optimize and balance work flow by using Standard Times Methods and simulations.
-
Optimize the layout, the material chain and management in the shopfloor.
-
Support and deploy according manufacturing needs/ feedback for continuous improvement, Kaizen, PPS.. defining industrial means requirement.
-
Organize the workload in the shopfloor, develop time, cost and quality KPIstion analysis.
Educational level required: Engineering degree or Master
Soft skills set required
Disciplined and methodical person with capability to negotiate with diverse teams.
Trainer and pedagogic skills.
- Proactivity, organization, autonomy and adaptation to change
- Knowledge in ERP and SPC process.
- Knowledge in specific IT tools used in planning: Excel/ MSProject.
- Knowledge in Standard line balancing methods and simulations.
- Experience in use of SAP will be highly valued.
