Job Description:

An opportunity for Industrial Means Quality Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in TABLADA (Sevilla).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role you will:

_ Ensure that Industrial Means (Jigs & Tools, Test Means, Machines, automatisms, etc) at Airbus DS and Supply Chain during their E2E
Process from development phase and till their life cycle.

_ Participate in Industrial Means Industrialization process together with Manufacturing engineering ensuring key characteristics for Quality are
specified and fullfilled.

_ Lead Industrial Means Acceptance Process. Setting requirements and ensuring compliance

_ Contribute to Quality Requirements definition for E2E Industrial Means management.

_ Guarantee the implementation of Airbus DS and customer Quality requirements, for the corresponding Industrial means, starting by your
contribution to IM Technical Specs to include all Quality requirements, and during the IM lifecycle.

_ Be accountable for Tooling Periodical Inspections to be performed OQ and OT, leading the reactivity protocols in case deviations occur
during such inspection process

_ In the same way, in case of deviations in periodical inspections, you will initiate the Non Conformity process for the Industrial Means and
launch the communication for the analysis of the potential product impact.

_ Contribute to improvement process seeking opportunities for simplification and harmonization and as a consequence, time and cost
savings.
