Job Description
- Sales of Laboratory Solutions Sales within assigned territories.
- Responsible for selling Agilent products to end-user customers.
- Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales activities.
- Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned named accounts or assigned geographic, territory, industry, or accounts list, or for identifying and recruiting strategic partners to embed and/or resell company products.
- Consistently meets/exceeds sales performance goals. Provide accurate forecasting and closely manage opportunities through sales management tool such as SAP CRM and Spot Fire.
- Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and informs customers of new product introductions.
- Work closely with Sales Management, Product Specialists and Technical Sales across various functions as well as aftermarket sales and service teams to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
- Ensure market coverage and proactively expand into new markets as well as penetrate competitive accounts.
- Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans.
- Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
- Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or related discipline
- At least 5+ year sales experiences in analytical laboratory instrumentation business or related. Direct experience in selling laboratory/chemical/spectroscopy products will benefit.
- A good knowledge of analytical instrument markets across Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, Molecular and Atomic Spectroscopy. Direct experience or hands on instrumentation will be plus.
- Highly motivated creative and result oriented. Can work under pressure. High customer satisfaction/loyalty.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Interested in learning new skills and self-improvement. Fast learner & applies new skills effectively.
- Ability to effectively communicate on the phone, oral and written communications, good English is benefit.
- Ability to work as a team, willing to share and exchange information among team.
- Be ready to travel > 30% of time to take care of customers in upcountry area.
- Ability to take care Nothern area and have experienced in handling customers in the upper Northern area of Thailand.
- Preferred candidate to station in the Northern area for prompt customer point of contact.
- Good speaking & writing in English.
