Job Description:

- Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
- Annual Salary Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year based on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Summary The Warehouse Quality Manager internally referred to as Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area. Ensure customer recalls are processed in a timely manner and product is removed from the shelves and quarantined in a timely manner. Processing of internal damages to ensure product is properly removed from circulation and dispositioned based on the customer’s directives. Tracking and reporting on daily progress of open work. Will focus on continued improvement of current work area, workflow and team development. Microsoft Excel (can write formulas and build tools to improve efficiency) and SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

H.S. diploma/GED required
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred

Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required

One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. Advanced required
