The Opportunity

Adobe is a leader in Experience Management, powering some of the most visible and complex digital experiences in the world. As our platform evolves, we are increasingly applying AI-native approaches to help internal and external customers solve real, high-impact problems in production environments. We are looking for a Sr. Cloud AI Engineer—a creative, self-driven builder who enjoys working close to customers, navigating ambiguity, and turning emerging ideas into working solutions. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer impact, with direct influence on how our platform evolves.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical deployments from early prototypes to stable, production-grade solutions in customer environments
• Design and build custom integrations, APIs, and data pipelines to adapt the platform to customer-specific workflows and constraints
• Write production-quality code and take ownership of solving complex, open-ended technical problems
• Work closely with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and operating context
• Feed insights from real-world deployments back into product and engineering teams to shape roadmap and platform direction

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience writing production code in Java, Python, or Go
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and automation concepts
• Comfort working in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements
• Strong written and spoken English

Bonus Skills/Experience

• Experience building or deploying AI-enabled applications or systems
• Familiarity with LLMs, data pipelines, or intelligent automation workflows
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (e.g. containers, orchestration platforms)
• Experience working directly with customers or external stakeholders on technical solutions
• Open source contributions or hands-on prototyping experience
