Job description The Opportunity

The Adobe Security organization seeks a proactive force multiplier with experience of skilfully leading multiple technical programs, running a healthy portfolio, working directly with leadership, and stakeholders. Success in this role requires the ability to establish relationships and build rapport across teams, as well as to negotiate and influence cross-functional teams and leadership effectively to drive business outcomes. Familiarity with the fundamentals of Product and Software Security, Supply chain security and multiple CMDB(Configuration Management Database) platforms would be beneficial and would help the candidate have an immediate impact. If you excel at navigating complexity with multiple internal customers, are a master planner who helps teams foresee challenges and risks and guides them through them and are equipped with a diverse technical program management toolbox, we can’t wait for you to join our Security PMO team!

What you'll Do

  • Partner directly with security leadership to establish a multi-year strategy and build a portfolio of key programs.

  • Bring together cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes for high-priority programs through clear planning, execution, partnership, and communication.

  • Establish metrics and review mechanisms to monitor the health and execution of several key initiatives with insights into status, risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and budget across the organization’s program portfolio.

  • Establish trust through transparency by delivering clear, data-driven status updates to diverse broad audience, and leading executive governance meetings.

  • Effectively handle program financials, including driving accurate budget forecasts.

  • Keep a pulse on team morale, raise risks to leadership, and find opportunities for improvement.

What you need to succeed

  • 14 years as a program manager, with applicable experience in the security domain with portfolio-level oversight experience.

  • Proven ability to drive programs end‑to‑end — from inception through prioritization, execution, reporting, and successful delivery of complex initiatives.

  • Ability to prioritize cross-functional work into a cohesive plan, identify interdependence, and establish a framework that guides and mentors team through effective execution.

  • Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with both engineers and executives, through meetings, presentations, and written updates.

  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills with the ability to lead in an environment of ambiguity with a diverse range of partners.

  • Expertise in Product and Software Security, Supply chain security, with strong understanding of CMDBs and asset inventories to effectively consume system-of-record data for prioritization, risk assessment, and cross‑functional security initiatives. Proven experience partnering closely with engineering teams to drive security outcomes.

  • Understanding and hands-on experience with developer ecosystem tools, platforms, and workflows across the software lifecycle

  • Demonstrated Agile practice experience in software projects and familiarity with Jira.

  • Growth mindset and experience applying AI and automation to improve program execution and efficiency.

Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent credentials demonstrating expertise in cybersecurity and program leadership.
