WORK YOU’LL DO
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI Design Manager to strengthen our design team in Greece. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create user-centric and visually appealing designs. The UX/UI Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design process, managing a team of designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of UX/UI designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

Oversee the entire design process per project, from concept to final implementation, ensuring high-quality and consistent design standards.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

Ability to facilitate design thinking workshops.

Supervise user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
-
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.

Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to improve the design process.

Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
-
Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Proven experience in managing and leading design teams.
-
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies.
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions clearly.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
-
Experience in designing for web and mobile applications.

Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML and CSS is a plus.

Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
