Role description

You will be collaborating with various teams to contribute to key decisions and provide innovative solutions to challenges.

Your proficiency in Salesforce Administration will be invaluable as you engage with multiple teams and help drive operational effectiveness. We are excited to see how your skills can make a difference in our organization!

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the administration and configuration of Salesforce to ensure optimal performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance user experience.

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain a reliable IT infrastructure.

Key Skills:

  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce Administration and the Salesforce Platform.

  • Must be Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

  • Ability to build/ modify custom Objects, Flows, Permission sets, sharing and other related configuration and settings.

  • Demonstrated experience in Creating Reports and Dashboards.

  • Strong proficiency in using Data loader and data management abilities.

  • Demonstrated experience in tracking and troubleshooting errors and User management.

  • Proficiency in deploying configuration across environments.

  • Proven experience in providing technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bugs and enhancements.

  • Demonstrated experience in performing BAU activities and monitoring the Salesforce environment preferably within large and complex enterprise data structures.

  • Demonstrated experience migrating data to the Salesforce platform.

  • Previous experience with engaging with business areas to understand business processes, data, and requirements gathering.

  • Ability to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage the process updates and liaise with the client for improvements, enhancements and alignment to the customer processes for Change management and Release Management.

  • A demonstrated ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders of varying abilities both verbally and in writing.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practice and functionality.

  • Maintain a focus on continual prioritised improvement in alignment with the client's objectives and business needs.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Expert ITIL Fundamentals.

  • Advanced project management skills.

  • Intermediate data analysis capabilities.

  • Master problem-solving techniques.

  • Intermediate communication skills.

  • Ability to work closely with our vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of IT service transition along with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

  • Canberra based candidate preferred, may consider Sydney candidates also.

  • Must have Australian Citizenship with NV1 Security Clearance to access customer data
