What you’ll do:

Oversee the administration and configuration of Salesforce to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes.

Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance user experience.

Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
