We are seeking an a highly skilled and experienced Management Consultant with a strong background in Data Transformation and Data Migration. As the ideal candidate your role will be to support customer in their data transformation journey by implementing across Data Management solutions covering Data Migrations. You will also act as a strategic advisor, translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value, defining transformative roadmaps, and managing the delivery of AI-powered solutions across diverse industries.
This role requires hands on and well versed with solutions, technical expertise and good communication skills to participate in business discussions.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform functional consulting activities in advisory & implementation projects with a focus on Data Migration and Data Quality.

Be the link between business, the project manager, and functional/technical consultants about data migration and data quality.

Assess technical landscape, source systems, applications & technical artifacts, and recommend Strategy for Data Migration & Data Quality Improvement.

Contribute to the development of the migration rules, documenting these rules, developing user test cases for migration test runs, testing the rules during the migration runs.

Collect and formulate business requirements via interviews and user discussions.
-
Support the business in all questions related to migration; of analyzing and preparing the data, in extracting the data, in transforming the data, in validation of the migration, in verifying data in the target system.

Analyze legacy systems and current data structures to assess migration requirements and identify potential challenges.

Define data quality standards, validation rules, and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity post-migration.

Design and implement data transformation rules, ensuring data integrity and execute data migration strategies, including ETL processes, validation, and reconciliation.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to collect and document business requirements for data transformation and migration projects.

Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and define data-related process workflows.

Develop functional specifications and ensure they align with technical solutions. Provide clear requirements to technical teams.

Act as the primary point of contact between clients, business units, and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Develop and execute functional test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate data accuracy and process functionality.

Provide end-user training and create detailed documentation for processes, workflows, and best practices.

Advise clients on AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases and building actionable adoption roadmaps.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data transformation, migration, or related consulting roles.
Preferred Skills:

Strong expertise in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS).

Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).

Experience with data migration in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is highly desirable.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data warehousing concepts.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

Ability to analyze complex data sets and design effective transformation rules.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

Experience working in a consulting firm or client-facing environment.
