Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the systems in place.

Stack:
o Core: Auto Gen, Pydantic AI, Python, Langfuse, Mem0 + Redis, RAG pipeline (vector search + retrieval), Embedding models
o Optional: Pipecat, Lang Chain, ChromaDB
Scope:
o Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems using Auto Gen & Pydantic AI
o Implement RAG pipelines, memory management, and observability with Langfuse
o Integrate security, performance, and quality gates into production systems
o Prompt & Context engineering incl. memory management.
Guardrails:
o Implement policy enforcement for prompt injection prevention
o Add role-based access control (RBAC) for agent actions
o Validate tool invocation safety and restrict sensitive operations
o Apply content filtering for PII and compliance-sensitive data
Security & Compliance: OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, secrets management (Azure Key Vault/Hashi Corp Vault), PII redaction
Quality/Evals: Writing & monitoring Eval scores, A/B experiments Langfuse metrics as quality gates
Performance: Async workers (Celery/RQ), batching, Redis caching strategies
Observability: Open Telemetry integration dashboards for latency, throughput, error rates, token/cost
Experience: 5–8 years in software engineering, with recent hands-on experience in AI/LLM systems (1–2 years), strong OOP and dynamic programming skills

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
