Summary:

As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing security measures, and providing expert guidance on best practices to enhance the overall security posture of the organization. You will also engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to strategic decisions that impact multiple teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to security management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in security practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to security policies and procedures.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Operational Technology (OT) Security.
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Experience in incident response and threat analysis.
  • Proficient in security assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security.
  • This position is based at our Manila office.
