Key Responsibilities:

Lead the overall end-to-end SAP project delivery for the Malaysia deployment, ensuring alignment with the global template and organizational standards.

Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality, ensuring all deliverables are executed as planned.

Monitor and track project execution, proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and driving timely resolution.

Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders (business, IT, global teams, vendors) to manage expectations, decisions, and outcomes.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and foster a highly engaged, aligned project team.

Contribute to and influence key program-level decisions, providing practical solutions that apply across teams.

Implement and continuously improve project management best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Conduct ongoing risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Mentor and guide junior project team members, supporting skill development and team performance.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 8 -11 years of project/program management experience, preferably in SAP environments.

Proven experience managing at least three end-to-end SAP implementations.

Strong expertise in SAP project governance, delivery management, and stakeholder communication.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-team projects in a matrix or global environment.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
