We are looking a Banking Manager highly experienced in Efficiency Programs to be part of the leading Strategy & Consulting practice in Financial Services (FS).

Their main duty is to advise our banking clients in innovative ways to reduce their cost. Their responsibilities include:

• Analysing of Spend/Budget (internal & External cost)

• Identifying and quantifying value initiatives

• Detailed design of initiatives of several types: Strategic sourcing, demand management, digitalization and reengineering of processes, outsourcing definition, restructuring…

• Value Realization Office: Management of the implementation of large savings programs

Job Qualifications

• Experienced in Strategic Consulting and Banking firms

• Ability to execute projects and bring innovation to our clients

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organization levels

• Drive, ambition and initiative to help grow Accenture´s business at functional and Industry level

• People development and team building skills

• Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory
