"1. 主导CI/CD架构设计与优化，推动工具链标准化（GitLab/Jenkins/SCC等）。2. 设计高可用K8S集群及云原生技术栈（APIG/CDH/ES/Doris等）。
3. 开发运维平台与告警模块（Self-developed alerting module）。
4. 优化监控体系（ELK/Grafana/Prometheus）与日志分析系统。
5. 跨团队协作（使用Jira/Jetta Ticketing System）推动DevOps文化落地。
