Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in coding, testing, and debugging activities while ensuring that the software components integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, ensuring that the solutions you create are efficient and effective.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Hands on experience (4+ years) in application development using Angular 16+, Typescript, Rxjs, HTML5, CSS3.
• Proficient in Javascript framework.
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end solution.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with backend Engineers, UX/UI designers to build cohesive and user-friendly applications.
• You have experience with writing different types of tests like unit testing (Jest, Jasmine, Karma).
• Participate in and contribute to code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability and adherence to team standards.
• Optimise frontend performance to ensure fast, responsive user experience across browsers and devices.
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issue and resolve the findings.
• Knowledge of Web Accessibility WCGA2.2 A, AA Standards.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Angular 16+, Typescript, Rxjs, Ng Rx, HTML5, CSS3.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
