Summary:

As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will analyze organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will involve assessing the current business model, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct thorough research, gather relevant information, and synthesize findings to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Develop detailed documentation to support business processes and system designs.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Experience with process mapping and modeling techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
