Summary:

As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for defining the Microsoft Active Directory & Azure AD Support Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in handling incident tickets, service requests, and operational support within enterprise environments. The role primarily focuses on resolving identity and access-related incidents within defined SLAs while ensuring high availability and security compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Incident & Ticket Management (Primary Focus)
• Handle L1/L2 level incident and service request tickets related to Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Resolve user access issues, account lockouts, password resets, and permission-related incidents.
• Troubleshoot authentication failures, SSO, and MFA-related issues.
• Work on AD replication failures, GPO issues, and DC connectivity problems.
• Investigate and resolve Azure AD sync issues (Azure AD Connect).
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.
• Ensure ticket resolution within agreed SLA and maintain quality documentation.
• Coordinate with L3/Infra/Network teams for complex issues.
• Participate in on-call and major incident bridge calls when required.
• Provide daily/weekly incident reports and status updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Strong understanding of Azure AD security principles and best practices.
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS.
• Familiarity with identity governance and administration tools.
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance requirements.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory & Azure AD Support.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 year full time education is required.
• Open to working in rotational shifts
