Summary:

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will engage in the development and maintenance of quality processes while conducting reviews in collaboration with global Quality Assurance initiatives and processes. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure adherence to quality standards, facilitating discussions to enhance quality measures, and implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement in quality assurance efforts. You will also be responsible for analyzing feedback and performance metrics to refine processes and ensure that the highest quality standards are met across all projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team members' understanding of quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks.
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Familiarity with automated testing processes and tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
