As a Technology Products & Offering Developer, you will leverage your extensive industry knowledge and foundational skills in Software Engineering to create and deliver innovative software solutions, platforms, and products. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging in problem-solving discussions, and contributing to the development of market-leading offerings that meet the needs of Accenture and its clients. You will be at the forefront of technology, ensuring that the solutions you develop are not only effective but also aligned with industry standards and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced Salesforce solutions, utilizing your expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Conduct detailed analysis of complex business requirements, employing Salesforce best practices and design patterns for scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying expertise in Salesforce development, including experience in implementing various Salesforce features such as custom objects, workflows, triggers, and integrations.
• Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing your knowledge of Salesforce architecture and design patterns for clarity.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage, including experience with Salesforce DX, Lightning Experience, and Salesforce Communities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Salesforce Development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce DX, Lightning Experience, and Salesforce Communities.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design patterns.
• Experience in implementing various Salesforce features such as custom objects, workflows, triggers, and integrations.
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
