Summary:

We are seeking a Team lead Identity Governance with hands-on experience in Sail Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to support delivery and operations of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) services. The role focuses on access governance, user lifecycle management, and operational support, while coordinating with stakeholders and supporting team delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identity Governance Operations
  • Support day to day operations of Sail Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  • Manage Joiner Mover Leaver (JML) processes for users across enterprise applications.
  • Support access request, approval workflows, and provisioning processes.
  • Sail Point Configuration & Support
  • Configure and maintain access profiles, roles, policies, and workflows in Sail Point ISC.
  • Support access certifications and reviews, including remediation tracking.
  • Assist in integration of Sail Point with directories, HR systems, and target applications.
  • Service Delivery & Incident Support
  • Support service delivery for IGA services in line with SLAs and operational requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for IGA-related incidents, service requests, and user issues.
  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring issues.
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance
  • Ensure IGA processes align with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
  • Support audits by providing evidence, reports, and documentation.
  • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation.
  • Stakeholder & Team Coordination
  • Coordinate with application owners, IAM teams, and service desk.
  • Support senior team members in delivery, enhancements, and platform improvements.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and team capability development.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, user experience, and governance effectiveness.
  • Support enhancements to Sail Point workflows and integrations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

-4 to 7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management / Identity Governance.
-Hands-on experience with Sail Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
-Experience with user provisioning, access governance, and certifications.
-Basic understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, and access controls.
-Exposure to Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), or other IAM platforms.
-Experience with HR-driven identity lifecycle processes.
-Sail Point certifications or IAM-related training.
-Experience in large enterprise or managed services environments.
-Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
-Willingness to learn and grow into advanced IAM roles.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 8 plus years of experience in Sail Point IdentityIQ.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
