We are seeking a forward-thinking professional with AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy intelligent frameworks leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI frameworks within Oracle platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various Business Functions, a passion for innovation in AI, and rich experience with delivering enterprise grade technology solutions using Gen AI / Agentic AI Frameworks.

This role requires the ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven enhancements to traditional Oracle processes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence.

Summary:

As an Architecture Assessment Lead, you will be responsible for leading the execution of architecture assessments across various dimensions, including infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process.
Your typical day will involve defining the assessment scope, engaging with clients to gain agreement, conducting discovery assessments, and providing insightful recommendations to address identified weaknesses and opportunities within the architecture landscape.
You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the architecture and its alignment with business objectives, ultimately driving improvements and strategic initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• -Expected to be an SME.
  -While the business situation / problem is given – you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging Accenture s GenAI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from Oracle , Accenture and other providers.
  -Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery: requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption.
  -Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows
  -Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  -Responsible for team decisions.
  -Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  -Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  -Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and insights from stakeholders.
  -Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations based on assessment findings.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• -Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  -Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) – demonstrated through project implementations
  -Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning) and AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing)
  -Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects.

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Engagement Cloud

• Service.
  -Strong knowledge on Service Request, Account, Contact Management, Omni Channel Routing, Configure Notifications and Chat functionality, Analytics and Knowledge management, Security Setup, Integrations and Extensions, App composer, Page Composer, Groovy, SLA Configurator, Digital Customer Service, Reports, SOAP/REST APIs
  -Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
  -Familiarity with data governance and management practices

Additional Information:

• -The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Engagement Cloud Service.
  -This position is based in Mumbai.
  -15 years full time education is required.
