Summary:

As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large and complex technology projects. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that project scope and risks are effectively managed. You will drive profitability by overseeing service quality and cost, while also supporting sales through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery. Your role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving project goals in a timely manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in technology delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in System Integration Delivery Management.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management, Technology Solution Estimating.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in System Integration Delivery Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
