The Total Rewards Specialist – Reinvention Services is a key member of the Global Compensation team, acting as a strategic partner to HR and business stakeholders. This role focuses on fostering stakeholder engagement, aligning compensation strategies with transformation goals, and delivering insights to inform global pay and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with HR and business stakeholders to align compensation strategies with transformation goals.

  • Facilitate stakeholder forums and feedback loops to ensure transparency and collaboration in Total Rewards initiatives.

  • Manage communications and expectations across geographies and time zones, adapting engagement strategies as needed.

  • Analyze complex datasets using Power BI, Excel, and Python to identify trends in compensation and market positioning.

  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on pay competitiveness and internal positioning to support compensation decisions.

  • Translate quantitative findings into clear, data-driven recommendations for Total Rewards initiatives.

  • Collaborate across teams to enhance analytical frameworks and tools within the compensation function.

  • Support ad hoc benchmarking, modeling, and reporting for data-informed strategies.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of compensation technology and data tools.

Qualifications

· Proven ability to manage and influence complex stakeholder environments across geographies, functions, and levels.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative mindset.

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis using Power BI, Excel, and Python.

  • Preferred experience with market data and compensation surveys.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex datasets and synthesize insights.

  • English skills
