We’re looking for an early career AI Technology Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with both business and technical colleagues to help shape and deliver AI‑powered solutions that make a meaningful impact. No deep technical background is required — we’ll support your learning as you grow.

What You'll Do:

  • Contribute to the development of AI‑powered solutions, including machine learning and generative AI use cases.
  • Build and support integrations between systems, data sources, and AI services.
  • Work on AI agenting and engineering tasks, supporting experimentation, prototyping, and solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand problems and translate them into clear, workable solutions.
  • Support documentation of requirements, solution designs, and implementation approaches in a clear and practical way.
  • Stay curious about new AI and engineering trends and apply what you learn to real projects.

What We're Looking For:

We’re focused on skills, potential, and practical experience — not ticking every box. You’ll be a strong match if you bring:

  • An engineering or computer science degree (highly preferred), or a related technical background such as mechatronics.
  • With 1 year of relevant experience in AI, software, or engineering roles
  • Recent graduates with strong hands‑on university projects or research in AI or related fields
  • A background in AI, machine learning, generative AI, or AI engineering.
  • Software engineering and coding skills that you’re confident applying in real‑world scenarios.
  • Experience from industry roles, internships, or placements (preferred), or strong university projects or research in AI or software engineering.
  • The ability to explain technical concepts clearly and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
