Summary:

Solution Architect to lead the architecture and design of a conversational AI and cloud-native solution. This is primarily a governance and oversight role — ensuring the solution aligns with best practices, compliance requirements, and enterprise standards. The role does not require hands-on development, but deep technical knowledge is essential to guide the delivery teams effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand client’s existing ecosystem and design an integrated Google Cloud–based solution.
• Provide architectural oversight for Dialogflow-based conversational AI implementations.
• Ensure compliance with security standards (PII/PCI) and enterprise policies.
• Define architecture using Cloud Run, custom data pipelines, Terraform, and other GCP services.
• Guide teams on CI/CD setup, GitHub integrations, and automation tools.
• Oversee API integration strategy and interactions with external systems.
• Ensure the architecture supports scalability, resilience, and performance optimization.
• Review solution designs, provide feedback, and ensure teams follow industry best practices.
• Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and development teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform architecture (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, IAM, Networking, etc.) - Must to have
• In-depth knowledge of Dialogflow (preferably CX) design principles
• Good to have
• Proven experience in solution governance, design reviews, and best practice enforcement
• Must to have
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance for PII/PCI handling
• Must to have
• Knowledge of Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, and automation
• Must to have
• Strong understanding of REST API integration patterns and multi-system interactions
• Must to have
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Must to have

Additional Information:

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare).
• Familiarity with observability frameworks and operational excellence practices.
• Ability to coach and mentor technical teams on solution design principles.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
