THE WORK:

Join us in shaping the future of business and technology transformation. In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, applying deep knowledge and extensive experience to support a wide range of initiatives across multiple business areas. You will partner with diverse teams, guide decision‑making, and help navigate complex challenges throughout project lifecycles.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify project scope and define requirements.

  • Creating functional and technical specifications to guide project development.

  • Developing and supporting proof of concepts and conceptual designs.

  • Coordinating solution implementation and supporting change management activities.

  • Applying industry expertise to provide insights, recommendations, and thought leadership across engagements.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Master proficiency in Program Project Management.

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant roles.

  • Master proficiency in Application Strategy.

  • Master proficiency in Estimation and Planning.

  • Proven Team Lead experience.
