As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot problems, analyze system performance, and ensure the seamless operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance, ensuring that any potential issues are addressed before they impact users. Your role will also require you to document findings and solutions, contributing to a knowledge base that enhances team efficiency and service quality.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for problem management.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Problem Management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of issues.
• Experience with incident management tools and processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle and application support methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Problem Management.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
