Role Summary:

The Level 5 SAP Security Full Stack Engineer is a strategic leader responsible for defining and driving enterprise-wide SAP security transformation. This role oversees global operations, architecture, compliance, and innovation across hybrid SAP landscapes, multi-cloud environments, and integrated IAM frameworks. The engineer leads security governance, AI adoption, and cross-platform cybersecurity strategies, aligning security goals with business and regulatory objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead enterprise SAP security strategy, transformation roadmaps, and global operations aligned with ITIL and release management.
• Architect secure hybrid SAP landscapes and multi-cloud integrations govern IAM lifecycle and role standardization.
• Lead GRC, SoD, transport governance, and security monitoring frameworks across the enterprise.
• Drive FIORI, DB, and BTP security strategy and optimizations mentor teams and set governance standards.
• Integrate SAP security with enterprise cybersecurity tools and frameworks oversee vendor and tool strategy.
• Lead Cloud/SaaS security initiatives (Success Factors, Ariba, Concur ) with robust identity federation and data protection.
• Drive non-SAP IAM integration (SNOW, Saviynt, Sail Point ) and unify identity governance across platforms.
• Own audit and compliance programs, interface with regulators, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define and execute enterprise AI/GenAI security strategy lead innovation in AI-driven security operations.
• Represent the organization in external forums, drive strategic partnerships, and align security with business vision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor /Master degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP security, GRC, IAM, and enterprise cybersecurity leadership.
• Proven expertise in SAP architecture, GRC, FIORI, BTP, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong leadership in global operations, stakeholder engagement, and transformation programs.
• Experience in AI adoption, cloud security, and cross-platform IAM integration.
• Resource needs to be AI Ready.
