Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Manager Network Security to support and manage enterprise network security services with hands-on expertise in Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco ISE, Citrix Net Scaler Load Balancers, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), and Email Security solutions. The role combines technical leadership, service delivery ownership, and team coordination to ensure secure, stable, and compliant network security operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Network Security Operations
• Manage day-to-day operations of Cisco and Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls including policy management, rule reviews, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee Cisco ISE for network access control (NAC), authentication, authorization, and posture compliance.
• Support operations and optimization of Citrix Net Scaler (ADC) load balancers.
• Manage Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and Email Security platforms to ensure protection against web and email-based threats.
• Service Delivery & Governance
• Support end-to-end service delivery for network security services in line with SLAs, OLAs, and security standards.
• Act as an escalation point for complex network security incidents and outages.
• Participate in service reviews, governance meetings, and operational calls.
• Team & Stakeholder Coordination
• Guide and support a team of network security engineers and analysts.
• Coordinate with SOC, IT infrastructure, cloud, and application teams.
• Support onboarding of new applications, network segments, and business requirements.
• Engineering & Change Management
• Review and approve firewall rule changes, NAT policies, and access requests.
• Ensure adherence to change management and security best practices.
• Support network security design reviews and solution enhancements.
• Security, Risk & Compliance
• Ensure network security controls comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and remediation tracking.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, network diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization.
• Contribute to network security roadmap and maturity improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Network Security operations and engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Cisco Firewalls (ASA/FTD) and Palo Alto NGFW
• Cisco ISE (NAC)
• Citrix Net Scaler / ADC
• Secure Web Gateway (SWG) solutions
• Email Security platforms
• Solid understanding of firewall architectures, routing, switching, and network security concepts.
  -Experience working in managed security or large enterprise environments.
  -Exposure to cloud network security (Azure/AWS).
  -Certifications such as CCNP Security, PCNSE, Cisco ISE, ITIL.
  -Experience with automation or scripting.
  -Strong incident management and problem-solving skills.
  -Ability to balance hands-on technical work with coordination responsibilities.
  -Good communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 8 plus years of experience in Network Security Operations.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
