Description Posición temporal por un periodo de 2 años.
Responsable de proporcionar asesoramiento técnico y normativo sobre seguridad en el lugar de trabajo, orientación, y asesoramiento para operaciones funcionales del sitio. Son responsables de ayudar al liderazgo del sitio con lo siguiente para mantener el cumplimiento de todos los requerimientos legales y de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo de GM.
Responsabilidades:

Recorridos de seguridad, investigación de incidentes, revisión de métodos de trabajo seguro, orientación sobre temas de seguridad para todos los empleados, orientación a contratistas.
- Implementación de sistema de seguridad en el trabajo

Analizar los datos de Seguridad en el Lugar de Trabajo y comunicar los resultados y tendencias, junto con oportunidades de mejora continua; evaluar el desempeño del sitio en Seguridad en el Lugar de Trabajo y su conformidad con los requisitos.

Brindar soporte al sitio como Experto en la Materia (SME) en los requisitos de Seguridad en el Lugar de Trabajo.

Colaborar con el liderazgo local del sitio para apoyar la transformación cultural en Seguridad en el Lugar de Trabajo.

Desarrollar y capacitar a los empleados del sitio para impulsar la transformación cultural en Seguridad en el Lugar de Trabajo.

Desarrollar alianzas con personal clave del sitio, incluyendo liderazgo de manufactura y no manufactura, Recursos Humanos, Higiene Industrial y Ergonomía, y Servicios de Salud.
Requerimientos Clave:
- Ingeniería Industrial, Química o carrera afín, o experiencia relevante equivalente.
- Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en el ramo
- Conocimiento en Seguridad e higiene
- Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Office.
- Inglés intermedio, capaz de mantener una conversación.
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos con esquema de 4x3
- Deseable tener conocimientos de programación
- Conocimiento y/o Certificación en NOM's y atención a emergencias
