Summary:

As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose innovative solutions that enhance the technology landscape. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of architectural designs, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards while mentoring junior team members in their professional development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on architectural direction.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and services.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Ability to design scalable and high-performance systems.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API design.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
