Project Role Description: Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Job Title: Senior Analyst (DevOps) Automation Engineer

Summary:

As a Senior DevOps Automation Engineer, you will lead and execute automation initiatives across infrastructure layers, focusing on scalability, performance, and operational efficiency. You will design and implement reusable automation frameworks using Ansible and Python, mentor junior engineers, and provide L3-level support for infrastructure issues in Linux and hybrid environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows and orchestration pipelines.
• Develop advanced Ansible playbooks and reusable Python modules.
• Handle complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for automation failures.
• Contribute to tool selection, solution design, and platform engineering decisions.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Enforce coding and documentation standards across the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills:

• Strong command over Ansible, Python, and Linux OS.
  • Experience with writing modular, reusable automation scripts.

Good To Have Skills:

• CI/CD integration with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • Basic networking, monitoring, and cloud awareness (AWS/Azure preferred).
  • Create Service Now Workflows
  • Basic knowledge of Gen AI

Additional Information:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps and automation.
• Location: Noida office with potential hybrid model.
• 15 years full-time education required.
• DevOps-related certifications preferred.
