Project Role: Full Stack Engineer

Project Role Description: Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:

Build applications using AI-assisted coding and Vibe Coding principles—minimal boilerplate, modular patterns, fast prototyping, and AI-generated documentation/testing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop using AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Codex, Claude Dev etc).
2. Convert requirements to modules using AI scaffolding.
3. Enhance AI-generated code for quality, testing, maintainability.
4. Create unit tests and documentation using AI.
5. Refactor legacy code with AI for readability and performance.
6. Use AI-generated commit messages, PR summaries, and code documentation.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills:

1. Hands-on experience with AI-powered coding tools.
2. Strong Python + React basics,but focused on AI-enhanced development.
3. Ability to validate and correct AI-generated code
4. Knowledge of prompt-based test creation, refactoring, debugging.

Good to Have:

6.. Fast API/Django, Next.js/Node.js experience.
7. Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
8. Exposure to AI-based code search, internal RAG tools.

Additional Info:

1. 3–6 years in software development with at least 1 years leading AI-driven development.
2. B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or equivalent.
3. This position is based at Bengaluru, Pune locations.
