Core webinar setup and management experience

Strong English skills and ability to speak to clients when guiding webinar preparation sessions

Hands on experience with platforms such as ON24, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.

Digital marketing platform experience—preferably with AEM, OCE, or similar tools

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Moderate

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a commitment to quality

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Knowledge of the B2B industry and marketing in highly regulated environments, along with an understanding of current digital trend

Proficiency in HTML and CSS: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in coding responsive HTML email templates that render consistently across various email clients and devices.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marekto and campaign execution.
