Project Role: Business Function Design Architect

Project Role Description: Innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements. Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:

As a Business Function Design Architect, you will engage in the innovative design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to align with organizational requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with business process owners to develop comprehensive process blueprints, ensuring that all design and business requirements are met. You will also play a crucial role in quality management reviews, educating stakeholders to foster a complete understanding of the designs and driving process efficiency across the organization.

• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques.
• Experience with performance measurement and KPI development.
• Ability to analyze and improve existing business processes.
• Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
