职位描述架构设计与规划 ：负责寿险核心业务系统的整体架构设计，包括业务结构、技术架构、模块划分、接口设计等，能制定技术方案和架构规范，确保系统架构的前瞻性、可扩展性、高可用性和安全性。需求分析与理解 ：深入理解寿险核心业务需求，能与业务部门紧密合作，分析和挖掘业务痛点及潜在需求，将复杂的业务需求转化为可落地的技术解决方案。
技术选型与优化 ：主导寿险核心业务系统的相关技术选型，结合客户和项目实际情况进行技术对比和应用选型，确保系统先进性，并能提升系统性能。
数据模型与设计 ：负责寿险核心业务系统的整体数据架构设计，包括数据模型、数据存储技术方案、数据迁移方案等，确保数据的完整性、准确性，以及模型的合理性和先进性，同时能兼顾数据安全性设计。
团队协作与指导 ：能与开发、测试等团队密切合作，提供技术指导和培训，解决技术难题，提升团队整体技术水平。
业务知识 ：熟悉寿险核心业务流程和相关监管法规，了解保险行业的业务模式和发展趋势。

任职要求

教育背景 ：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术等相关专业。
工作经验 ：具有 10 年以上大型软件项目架构设计经验，有寿险核心业务系统行业相关项目经验。
技术能力 ：
编程语言 ：精通 Java、COBOL 等至少一种编程语言。
框架与技术 ：熟练掌握 Spring、Hibernate、My Batis 等主流开发框架，了解其原理和实现机制。
数据库技术 ：熟悉 Oracle、MySQL 等关系型数据库，熟悉GaussDB、Ocean Base等分布试数据库，掌握 SQL 语言和数据库设计原理。
中间件技术 ：熟悉消息队列、缓存技术、分布式事务等中间件技术。
云计算技术 ：了解阿里、腾讯等主流云平台及其相关技术组件。
沟通能力 ：具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与业务部门、开发团队、测试团队等进行有效沟通。
问题解决能力 ：具备较强的问题解决能力，能够快速定位和解决技术难题。
学习能力 ：具备较强的学习能力和自我驱动能力，能够快速适应新技术和新业务。
