The Business Advisor plays a key role in implementing and optimizing Workfront cloud-based workflow solutions for clients. This position combines business analysis, process design, and client consulting to help organizations streamline their operations through effective workflow management. In this role, the Business Advisor works directly with clients to understand their needs, translate them into functional requirements, and configure Workfront to support those workflows. The advisor leads process documentation efforts, provides training and demos, and serves as the primary technical point of contact throughout the implementation. The position also contributes to testing activities to ensure solutions meet quality standards.
Main Responsibilities

Implement Workfront cloud-based solutions for delivery clients.

Analyze & recognize client´s needs and how to customize the platform to fulfill those needs.

Use business process design concepts and principles to create Workfront’s workflow solutions for delivery clients.

Create Business Process documentation.
-
Client-facing support as Workfront’s technical point of contact.

Communicate with stakeholders of varying levels.
-
Participate client meetings, provide demos, and give training sessions to clients and users.

Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team´s overall test objectives.
Required Experience
-
1-2 years of experience, experience in process design or documentation is desired.

Advanced English written and spoken.
-
Great communication and customer service skills.
-
Experience using a workflow management system (Workfront preferred).

Experience with Cloud-based solutions.

Previous experience as a QA Analyst or any detail-oriented tasks.
