We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to lead and mentor our dynamic development team. In this role, you will drive the development of high-quality tech products designed to make the learning journey exciting for global learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers to develop and enhance platform modules.

• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Conduct and oversee code reviews, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues, ensuring error-free and scalable solutions.

• Optimize application performance and guide the team on scalability best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features.

• Mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

• Document code, technical specifications, and project requirements.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience

• Prior Ed Tech experience is required.

• Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in developing web applications using Django

and Flask.

• Strong experience with API development, RESTful APIs, and large-scale codebases.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like j Query) and

databases (MySQL).

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, and basics of Linux and Docker is

preferred.

• Proficiency in additional programming languages like Java or PHP is a plus.

Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring project timelines and quality.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Strong familiarity with Git for version control.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in dynamic

Environment.
