Summary:

As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to clients, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support project initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Ability to analyze and assess organizational readiness for change.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Change Management.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
