Project Role Description: Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements. Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security.

Summary:

Define and govern the enterprise GenAI architecture across products and platforms. Own reference architectures, standards, and roadmaps ensure solutions meet performance, capability, scalability, security, and compliance needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create reference architectures for LLM apps, RAG platforms, multi agent orchestration, and data pipelines standardize reusable patterns.
• Drive cloud strategy for GenAI across AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI evaluate model fit (GPT 4o/Claude/Gemini/open source).
• Define governance: model risk controls, evaluation frameworks, observability (latency, hallucination, bias), prompt security, red team testing.
• Set data/RAG standards: document sources, metadata schema, chunking, embeddings, vector index strategy, lineage and explainability.
• Architect scalable deployments (Kubernetes/AKS/EKS/GKE), API and event architectures, caching layers, and cost controls.
• Align with Info Sec/Legal/Compliance on policy enforcement (privacy, IP, responsible AI), and with Ops on SLAs/DR.
• Shape technology roadmaps, capability uplift (tooling, accelerators), and investment plans advise execs with POVs and business cases.
• Guide tech leads and SMEs run design reviews and architecture boards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

-Expert Python & architectural design ability to review code and set standards.

• Deep knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, retrieval strategies, citation/grounding, multi agent orchestration (Lang Graph/Lang Chain).
• Cloud architecture across AWS/Azure/GCP networking, identity, security, and enterprise integration (queues, streams, ETL).
• MLOps & platform ops: model registry, feature stores, deployment/versioning, telemetry, rollbacks.
• Strong Influencing & Advisory skills stakeholder management cross team decision making.
• Experience implementing Responsible AI frameworks and audit ready processes.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
