What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a clear and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making. It is essential for financial transparency and accountability. keyword includes:

The ideal candidate should be skilled in accounting principles, Excel, and cross-team collaboration.
• Oversee all R2R activities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Handle month-end/year-end closings and related journal entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits with required documentation.
• Identify process improvements in the R2R cycle.
• Work with other finance teams to ensure smooth reporting.
• Provide analysis and support for special projects.
• Keep process documentation current and ensure compliance. Roles and Responsibilities: •• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in accounting and R2R processes.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Experience with period close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Collaborative approach and problem-solving mindset.
