The Practice – A Brief Sketch

Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice works on our clients’ most strategic priorities, from defining technological roadmaps to redesigning operating models and enabling large-scale digital transformation.

We help organizations modernize how technology teams plan, build, and deliver value by integrating strategy, governance, ways of working, and enabling platforms into a cohesive transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

Atlassian Platform Enablement (Primary Focus)

  • Support configuration and usage of Atlassian tools (Jira, JSM, Confluence etc.)
  • Assist in setting up workflows, issue types, screens, dashboards, reports, and automations
  • Support delivery and ITSM use cases such as sprint tracking, incident/request management, service workflows, and reporting
  • Assist in data extraction, metrics reporting, and cross-team visibility using Atlassian tools
  • Support user adoption activities including documentation, guides, and training materials

Product Ways of Working & Agile Support

  • Support assessment of current-state product and Agile ways of working
  • Assist in documenting product operating models, team structures, and value streams
  • Support Agile transformations aligned to Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid models
  • Assist in defining and tracking product, flow, and outcome-oriented metrics
  • Support preparation of transformation roadmaps covering people, process, and platform enablement

Transformation Governance & Enablement

  • Support governance activities including meeting preparation, status reporting, and action tracking
  • Assist in organizing and documenting workshops, decision forums, and stakeholder sessions
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions across transformation initiatives

Client & Practice Support

  • Support development of client deliverables, presentations, and documentation
  • Contribute to internal knowledge assets, templates, and practice materials
  • Collaborate with consultants and managers across workstreams

  • Strong interest and hands-on exposure to the Atlassian ecosystem
  • Foundational understanding of product-centric ways of working and Agile principles
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to document processes and translate requirements into system configurations
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a consulting-driven, fast-paced environment

Your Experience Counts

  • 3-5 years of experience in Atlassian enablement, consulting, Agile transformation roles
  • Hands-on knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, or JSM
  • Exposure to Agile roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Agile team member is a strong plus
  • Experience supporting analysis, reporting, or transformation initiatives is an advantage
  • MBA from Tier-1 institute preferred
  • Industry exposure in Financial Services, Retail, Telecom, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or similar domains is a plus
