Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.

• The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. • We are seeking a former engineer turned AI systems educator and knowledge leader to work closely with senior leadership on building, explaining, and scaling enterprise-grade AI systems and agentic architectures.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• AI engineering and architecture
• Enterprise knowledge services and digital brains
• Technology education for leaders and practitioners

The successful candidate will partner with engineering teams to design AI-enabled knowledge systems, while also training Accenture leaders and staff on how AI systems work in practice — including LLMs, APIs, agent orchestration, and governance.

• This is not a pure engineering role. It is a system-level, design, and enablement role that requires deep technical credibility earned through prior hands-on engineering experience. Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
• The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
• Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
• Some latitude in decision-making in involved
