Summary:
As a Release Train Engineer, you will facilitate Agile Release Train events and processes, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and addressing any progress impediments. Your typical day will involve managing risks, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating closely with Product/Solution Management and Product Owners to align strategy with execution. You will play a crucial role in fostering a productive environment that encourages team collaboration and innovation, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular Agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment and progress tracking.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of Agile methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Program Management, Agile Process Coaching.

- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Proficient in using Agile project management tools like Jira or Trello.
