We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Consultant with a strong background in delivering PIM-enabled business transformation projects. As the ideal candidate, your role will be to lead workshops to define product taxonomy, data models, attribute framework, hierarchies and workflows. You will also act as a strategic advisor, translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value, defining transformative roadmaps, and managing the delivery of AI-powered solutions across diverse industries.

This role requires the candidate to be well versed with solution designing, providing advisory on PIM strategies, possess technical expertise and good communication skills to participate in business discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect pain points via interviews and user discussions and formulate business requirements with a focus on PIM capabilities

• Based on PIM tool knowledge around OOTB vs customization, drive advisory & implementation client engagements

• Act as a link between business, project manager, and functional/technical consultants about data modelling, data migration, process re-design and integration

• Support clients in software and implementation vendor selection

• Analyze legacy architecture to assess migration requirements and identify potential challenges

• Conduct a review of the data model and provide recommendations for future state based on best practices

• Analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities for harmonization and simplification, and define future process workflows

• Support end to end data migration- analyzing, preparing, extracting, transforming, validating and loading the data

• Support clients in defining business rules to automate attribute definitions

• Develop and execute functional test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate functional and process accuracy

• Create detailed documentation for processes, workflows, and best practices

• Advise clients on AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases and building actionable adoption roadmaps.

• Manage the end-to-end agile delivery of AI solutions, translating business needs into successful products.

• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure AI solutions meet strategic goals.

• Champion change management to drive user adoption of AI tools and foster a culture of innovation.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital consulting, functional solution design, product management, technical program management or related roles.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Strong expertise with major PIM platforms (e.g., Informatica, Stibo, Content Serv)

• Background in enterprise system integrations

• Strong understanding of data modelling concepts, data governance and MDM concepts

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality

• Experience working in a consulting firm or client-facing environment

• Knowledge of industry-specific data standards and regulatory requirements
