Your Mission:

As a Digital Marketing Solutions Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in driving success for our clients – small to medium-sized businesses – on behalf of a top global social media company. You’ll consult with advertisers, optimize their campaigns, and provide tailored solutions to maximize growth. With your proven sales expertise and relationship-building skills, you’ll become a trusted partner in helping clients achieve their goals.

What You Can Expect:

• Consultative Sales – Manage a portfolio of advertisers, identify growth opportunities, and cross/upsell products that best fit client needs.
• Client Success & Optimization – Proactively advise clients on product adoption, campaign strategies, and insights to improve ROI and long-term satisfaction.
• Industry Expertise – Develop deep knowledge of social media advertising solutions, identify market trends, and provide strategic input for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1+ years of sales experience (outbound or inbound), ideally in advertising, digital marketing, or SaaS.
• Strong relationship-building skills with proven success in cross/upselling over time.
• Excellent listening, communication, and consultative selling skills with a customer-first approach.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Fluency in Italian.
• Good level of English.

• Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes.
• Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform.
• Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through, eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
