About the Role Join a high-impact team that partners directly with senior leadership to drive strategic priorities and enable transformation across Reinvention Services. As part of the Chief of Staff support team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the Chief Services Officer and his leadership teams are focused and prepared for the key client programs and internal governance.
What You’ll Do:
- Orchestrate leadership governance: manage agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for weekly/monthly meetings.
- Track and follow through: log decisions and actions, ensuring accountability and timely execution.
- Analyze and improve processes: identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate across the organization: work closely with Reinvention Services leadership, Chiefs of Staff, Marketing + Communications, and Executive Assistants.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
