The CRM Senior Analyst is part of our Americas H&PS Marketing + Communications team. The role is designed to lead marketing strategies for Accenture’s client accounts that will help drive client relationships, reputation and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with client relationship marketing leadership to execute and support marketing strategy and engagement plans for our priority accounts. This may include development of insights around key buyers, awareness and execution of client-specific events and showcases, contextualization of global and industry content, customization of digital marketing programs like email nurture campaigns, development of value reports, and more

  • Execute marketing and engagement plans for our accounts at scale by prioritizing industry, sub-industry, and function of clients within a market

  • Use project intake and management tools specific to Marketing + Communications to ensure consistency and efficiency

  • Measure our marketing and engagement plans against agreed-upon KPIs and use feedback loops for continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications

  • High school and/or college degree

  • Minimum of Hands-on marketing experience, ideally for a professional services firm, marketing agency or in-house marketing function at a Fortune 500 company

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree

  • 2-3 years marketing experience

  • Account-based marketing or pursuit/deal-based marketing experience desirable

  • Broad marketing skill set, including event management, campaign activation, social media strategy, and data and analytics reporting

  • Demonstrable experience in using different promotion channels, including social media, events, email and direct mail

  • Brilliant project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate and build relationships at senior levels within a large, matrixed organization

  • Team player with great interpersonal skills

  • Creativity, flair, self-starter and innovative in how to achieve differentiation for marketing campaigns

  • Enthusiasm, passion for marketing and can-do attitude

  • Experience in health and public sector a plus, or similar, highly regulated industry, but not required

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar client relationship marketing (CRM) platform desirable, e.g. reporting, campaign set up

  • Experience using Eloqua (or similar email platform) desirable

  • Skilled in data and analytics to help interpret insights and action plans

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.

  • Design skills are nice to have, but not essential
