Role Description: The Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer will contribute to technical planning, design, development/integration, and verification/validation of customer s AVD environment. understanding of Cloud Concepts, AVD deployments and handling Intune Infrastructure and Day-to-Day activities.
Must have skill: Microsoft Azure Windows Virtual Desktop, M365 Cloud PC/Intune/other EMM solution and MECM. PowerShell scripting, DevOps terraform knowledge.
Good to have skill: Citrix, Azure AVD, Cloud PC, SCCM Co-Management, VDI Management

Understand Azure Landing Zones, Azure Virtual Desktops
Plan Deployment of Hostpools, App Groups,
Expertise in FSLogix Profiles, FSLogix App Masking

Ability to deploy Automation Runbooks:

Familiarity with Azure Automation Accounts:

Indepth Understanding of Azure Active Directory:

Understanding of Deployment of Azure Virtual Desktop using code-based approach
Indepth understanding of MSIx appattach
Ability to deploy Azure Logic Apps for auto scale
Ability to create Azure Image galleries and custom windows 10 images for AVD deployments
Windows 10/11 Multi session operating system knowledge is a must.
Understanding of Office 365, Teams, Mobile Device Management, Modern Desktop
Knowledge on Active Directory, Identity and Access Management, Single Sign On.
Knowledge on AVD monitoring (bot Microsoft native tools and market leading monitoring products)
Ability to create Azure Monitoring alerts, Manage Key vaults, Storage accounts, In depth understanding of deploying Azure Files and Net App Files
Must have deployed Azure virtual networks, VPN gateways and have an in depth understanding of Network configurations on Azure.

Secondary Requirements:

Strong knowledge in Managing and troubleshooting of VDI infrastructures. Have performed VDI upgrades and VDI migration from planning through implementation.
